Ms. Enck was appointed to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by President Barack Obama and was its longest serving Region 2 Regional Administrator. She is a Senior Fellow and Visiting Faculty member at Bennington College and founder of Beyond Plastic\, an initiative that raises awareness about the environmental and health impacts of the production and disposal of plastic.
