What actually happens when classrooms across the globe engage in learning? Join us for an honest, student-led conversation about the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) experience. Our panelists Dr. Stefanie Sorbet, Dr. Leah Horton, their students, and facilitator Dr. Allison Freed will discuss their experiences building international connections and the inevitable, more challenging moments in international collaboration. From navigating time zones and digital hurdles to developing a global mindset and global competency, discover what students really gained from COIL.
