Thank you for your interest in hosting a virtual event during SDG Action & Awareness Week, 2025 (3 March - 7 March). Please review the event requirements and requested event information below and submit your event information using the form. Questions? Contact universityglobalcoalition@gmail.com
Event Requirements:
-Event must take place during the week of March 3 - March 7, 2025. You/your team select the date and time you would like to host the event.
-Event must be free of charge (no cost) and open to anyone wishing to attend.
-Event must be focused on an SDG-related topic and applicable to a broad audience. Some examples: a guest lecture about gender equality in higher education, a student discussion group about how to start an SDG-focused student organization.
-Event can be lecture style, discussion-based, or action-based.
-Event must list a point of contact who can assist in answering any attendee questions and is available during the event to help attendees with any technical issues.
-University Global Coalition will help promote your event and will share your event information on the UGC website and social media; however, you/your team are responsible for planning and executing the event. UGC will publicize your event through our communications and on our webpage. We encourage you to invite others as well!
We recommend submitting event details no later than February 21, 2025. Note that we will accept event details after this date but cannot guarantee adequate time to publicize them after February 21.
